Redeeming Your Executive Hotel Stays
Executive Rewards Members have the option to redeem their points towards hotel accommodations at any of our participating hotels.
To Redeem for a room night:
Please complete the redemption request for your selected hotel. In the comments section, state your Executive Rewards card number, desired dates for your stay, how many people will be staying, and whether you require one beds or two beds in the room.
Once your redemption request has been completed and submitted below, an administrator will email you to confirm your request. Please keep in mind that requests will be dealt with during business hours (9am-5pm PST), Monday – Friday, and a response will be with you within 24 hours.
Please remember to submit your request early to ensure availability during peak periods, as hotels are not always able to accommodate requests upon reaching 80% selling capacity.

Alternately, you may contact the hotel directly for reservations and inform them of the redemption request at time of booking.
Below are the quantities of Executive Reward Points you need to accumulate to receive one night’s accommodation. Please be aware that redemption rates are subject to change.
Note: Rewards member is responsible for paying any taxes due in relation to hotel accommodations redeemed.
